A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/portaria-n-445-de-5-de-abril-de-2024-552518568\">Portaria n\u00ba 445\/2024<\/a>, que oficializa a decis\u00e3o, foi publicada na segunda-feira, 8 de abril, no Di\u00e1rio Oficial da Uni\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A comunidade obteve repercuss\u00e3o nacional ap\u00f3s a l\u00edder quilombola e ialorix\u00e1, M\u00e3e Bernadete Pac\u00edfico, ser morta a tiros dentro de casa, em agosto de 2023. De acordo com o Relat\u00f3rio T\u00e9cnico de Identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e Delimita\u00e7\u00e3o (Rtid), elaborado pelo Incra, as pr\u00e1ticas territoriais da comunidade remontam ao s\u00e9culo XIX.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SAIBA MAIS SOBRE A COMUNIDADE PITANGA DE PALMARES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00bb&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/incra\/pt-br\/assuntos\/noticias\/novas-politicas-publicas-atenderao-os-quilombolas-de-pitanga-de-palmares-ba\">Novas pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas atender\u00e3o os quilombolas de Pitanga de Palmares (BA)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/inss\/pt-br\/assuntos\/bahia-comunidade-quilombola-recebe-atendimento-previdenciario\">\u00bb&nbsp;Bahia: comunidade quilombola recebe atendimento previdenci\u00e1rio<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/mds\/pt-br\/noticias-e-conteudos\/desenvolvimento-social\/noticias-desenvolvimento-social\/mds-envia-mais-de-mil-cestas-basicas-a-comunidades-quilombolas-de-simao-filho-ba\">\u00bb&nbsp;MDS envia mais de mil cestas b\u00e1sicas a comunidades quilombolas de Sim\u00e3o Filho (BA)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/incra\/pt-br\/assuntos\/noticias\/ocupantes-no-territorio-quilombola-pitanga-de-palmares-ba-sao-notificados\">\u00bb&nbsp;Ocupantes no territ\u00f3rio quilombola Pitanga de Palmares (BA) s\u00e3o notificados<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o Incra, foram declaradas terras da Comunidade Remanescente de Quilombo de Pitanga de Palmares:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A \u00e1rea de 23,5 hectares (ha) localizada em Sim\u00f5es Filho, que corresponde ao im\u00f3vel denominado Fazenda M\u00e3e Natureza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A \u00e1rea de 273,4 ha localizada nos munic\u00edpios baianos de Sim\u00f5es Filho e Candeias, que corresponde ao im\u00f3vel denominado Fazenda S\u00e3o Francisco.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A \u00e1rea de 349,8 ha localizada em Sim\u00f5es Filho, que corresponde ao im\u00f3vel desmembrado da Fazenda S\u00e3o Francisco e registrado em nome da empresa Patrimonial MC Ltda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A Portaria tamb\u00e9m determina os limites e as \u00e1reas que agora integram as terras da Comunidade Pitanga de Palmares no que diz respeito \u00e0s fronteiras com a Fazenda M\u00e3e Natureza, com a Fazenda S\u00e3o Francisco e com seu desmembramento, registrado em nome da empresa Patrimonial MC.
